ABI OU/AIP UO – who we are?
• university-wide organizational unit whose aim is:
1. To raise the level of knowledge of university’s students,
graduates and workers in the field of entrepreneurship and
local labour market
2. Mobilization of students, PhD students and graduates in the
labour market
3. To support the creation of new jobs and partial limitation of
the phenomena of economic migration in the region of
Opole
4. Lease of property of Opole University aimed at supporting
economic activity of academic environment or University’s
employees, students and PhD students being entrepreneurs.
Employment structure
In total: 14 workers
ABI OU/ AIP UO activity is focused on the
following areas:
• arranging and conducting exchange of experience, promotions,
professional training in the business development
• rental of office premises
• cooperation with national and international organizations with
similar type of activity to perform tasks of ABI OU/AIP UO financial,
juridical and economic consulting
• organization of training courses and workshops with the aim of
creating and managing their own business
• conducting joint secretariat
• access to the office equipment
• service and consulting on EU programs
• administrative assistance of the firm incorporated in ABI OU/AIP UO

ABI OU/AIP UO activity for the university:
100 people served/serve their internships with companies –
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER, including 60 scientists, aiming at
development and realization of innovative projects. The value of
scholarship is 2500-3000 zl, in total 180 000 zl for interns
26 enterprises created, 60 – in the process of creating
60 people served professional internship, 26 of them are
continuing the employment
