Mechanical Design& Research Engineer– El SewedyElectrometer- Egypt October 2014 to Sept.2015 Working as a mechanical design engineer with the research and development team to solve problems in different designs of electricity meters to meet the requirements of customers and to suit working in hazard environment in many different countries. Job Responsibilities: Design new upcoming products using CAD tools such as Solidworks Mold Design of the new products Mold editing for the modified products and supervising the mold editing process at the mold factory including making (modification of the mold design, CNC machining, making EDM electrodes, Wire cut process routes, supervising the assembly process of the molds, mold testing) Finite Element Analysis of proposed designs Preparing workshop drawings.
