This document summarizes a study analyzing criteria and indicators for enhancing online learning in Open University Malaysia's postgraduate program. The objectives are to review how the internet and education have evolved and produce valuable indicators to guide improving OUM's online practices. The study examines key concepts like Web 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, EDU 3.0, and proposes a framework for keeping OUM current. Findings show learners focus more on task completion than activities/content. The conclusion is learners interact less with a decline in activity and task completion levels, focusing more on assignments than understanding resources.
