Article 7
School officials and teachers should work cooperatively to formulate policies and introduce changes. Officials shall encourage teachers' professional growth through recommendations for promotion, recognition, and participation in training. No teacher shall be dismissed without cause, and authorities must ensure teachers' employment follows appropriate rules and contracts.

- 3. ArticleVII Section 2. School officials,teachers, and other school personnel shall consider it their cooperative responsibility to formulate policies or introduce important changes in the system at all levels.
- 4. ArticleVII Section 3. School officialsshall encourage and attend the professional growth of all teachers under them such as recommending them for promotion, giving them due recognition for meritorious performance, and allowing them to participate in conferences in training programs.
