WHAT IS AUTOMATIC STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM Automatic Street Lighting System is a simple and powerful concept, which uses transistor as a switch to switch ON and OFF the street light system automatically. It automatically switches ON lights when the sunlight goes below the visible region of our eyes.It automatically switches OFF lights when Sunlight fall on it in morning, by using a sensor called LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) which senses the light just like our eyes.

- 4. BASIC CONCEPT ABOUT PROJECT Simple and powerful device, which uses Transistor (BC547 NPN) Switches ON lights (LED) when the light (i.e. day light) decreases Switches OFF lights when light falls on LDR
