2.1 Introduction
BERAXIS Asset Management service will complement your in-house maintenance
team or provide complete management solution of your maintenance
requirements. Our web DiMS main database provides control and related service
functions to enable each job to be monitored from receipt of work request to
final invoicing. Customized reports and dashboards keep you informed in real
time on issues that are important to you.
Be confident that your spending is being managed and kept on budget through
regular financial reporting and systematic invoice validation. Asset tagging and
management enabling your organization to protect and preserve its investment.
Asset Management has been using digital pen technology where information is
captured at source and uploaded to our system using the mobile phone network,
therefore updating individual jobs immediately to our service.

2.3.1 Company Service Centre
BERAXIS operates a Customer Service Centre that is operational on a 12/7 (8am-
8pm) basis. Immediate assistance is always available from our highly trained in-
house team to manage your calls and support your operations.
BERAXIS can provide all the skilled service team a client may require, from one
single reliable source. And has at its disposal, highly skilled, time served and
directly employed service team throughout our operational area.
Our bespoke web enabled DiMS database allows all of our contact centre staff, as
well as our operating branches and associates workforce to continually update
the progress of specific jobs. We can also offer clients access to this database
through a log in facility which is totally security protected.
We understand the importance of providing a responsive and communicative
customer contact centre, which is the key to deliver the quality and service
demanded by our clients.

3.0 Type of Modules
3.1 Maintenance Module
In terms of maintenance services, we provides a few modules including asset
module, work request module, work order module and preventive module. Even
we provideon line water test resultfrom Provider Company. Each of the modules
helps clients solve their day to day limitation and problems; making their work
and job become easier, smoother and well organizes.

3.2 Asset Module
User interface consist of an application to upload asset list into the database.
Haemodialysis assets are an asset that has a direct contact with the treatment of
dialysis.
These assets can be referred to as haemodialysis machines, reverse osmosis
system, reprocessing machines and weighing machines.
Non-haemodialysis assets are an asset that does not have a direct contact with
dialysis treatment. These assets can be referred to as air-conditioning unit,
transportation vehicle, civil works, and mechanical works as well as plumbing and
electrical works.

4.0 GETTINGSTARTED
Getting Started section explains how to get access on the system according to
devices used. The section presents briefly system menu.
4.1 Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

4.2 Asset Menu
4.2.1 Add Asset
1. Press ASSET MENU. Then press ADD ASSET on the left side table.
2. Fill up any information related to asset (yellow column marked with the
compulsory).
3. Select any related decease (if exist) on DEDICATED ASSET column.
4. Press ADD ASSET on the bottom of table.

To send a work request for any breakdown through a system. It’s easy and any work
request will be attended by appointed asset manager immediately via customer
support. All work requests will be recorded and close when the breakdown completed.

Note
The water test result will be linked to the system by the service provider. The data will
be kept in the system and can view at any time.
All water test result will be viewed and commented by the appointed asset manager
and will advise dialysis center for any irregularity reading for further action.
