Per Sheet Model Project to Project Dedicated Resources Hourly Rate In this model the price can be proposed on the basis whether we require to hand over the BIM model to client along with dwaring set or only drawing set is to be produced according to the agreed schedule of drawings. This model is best for a small companies who are or either want to transit to BIM or a company with a very tight funding for the project. In this model, the clients provide us with the project information, input files for the project, scope of work, schedule of drawings, and timeline for the develiery On the basis all of all these information we propose a fixed price or lump sum price and timeline for client review and approval Any addition in scope of work 0r requriement can be discussed and revision of fees can be agreed upon after the project commencement This model offers client a benefit of hiring a resource for full time specifically working on their projects for a specific period of time without investing any fixed cost. It could be an Revit modeller, a Construction Project Co-ordinator, a BIM consultant, etc. Hiring a man-month resource at BIMmetrik would not only offer you a fixed cost benefit but also avail high level of transparency, security, flexibility and scalability. Resources can be hire for four, six, nine, or twelve months basis Fees for the project is determined based on the total number of hours consumed for the execution of the project in totality.
