This document describes the synthesis and characterization of biocompatible molybdenum complexes using terephthalic acid and bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate derived from polyethylene terephthalate. The complexes exhibited high thermal stability and biocompatibility, demonstrated through in vitro tests with porcine fibroblasts. The study indicates potential applications of these molybdenum complexes in biomedical fields such as tissue engineering and drug delivery.
