The DIMA project, funded by the European Commission, focuses on developing a practical toolkit for formulating, implementing, and monitoring adult education strategies in response to the EU's 'ET2020' target. It involves a consortium of six partners across five European countries and offers a blended learning course consisting of nine modules aimed at enhancing competencies for adult learning policy makers and educators. The toolkit and course materials, which complement the toolkit developed from 2015-2017, are designed to increase participation in adult education.
