- 5. Profile of blitzBureau Page 5 of 8 Our Organization Blitz Bureau is youth led organization based in Karachi, Pakistan. Currently working with the Youth Parliament of Pakistan as a partner in Youth Action for Democracy and with School of Leadership as partners in Leadership Club. We previously have worked with British Council's Active Citizens Program, National Accountability Bureau, Infaq Foundation, Asia Pacific Youth Network and multiple educational institutions as a human development firm specializing in youth empowerment and capacity development. Our mission is to improve the nation’s Human Development Index by actively participating in the achievement in the Millennium Development Goals thus improving the quality of life of the common man. Blitz Bureau are two words, Blitz: Lightning, Igniting and Bureau: An elite organization. A Youth group based on the very essence of youth i.e. “Verve” and pursuing thing in a corporate culture! Until now we have sensitized thousands online and Blitzified hundreds on ground in life skills and other soft skills.

Our solution is establishment of an organization based on the idea of Social Entrepreneurship. Neither we are a for profit organization i.e. a corporate entity nor a not for profit organization i.e. an NGO. We are above these both setups we believe in earning by serving and actively participating in our nation development. Therefore we always look forward for opportunities to develop and enhance organizations that can’t afford continuous professional development, this is our way of investment in our nation and when organizations that can afford our services approach us we invest a calculated amount from that income in the development of an underprivileged organization. Thus creating a self-sustained development cycle. Our Services We excel in designing and delivering human resource development solutions to all types of organizations and institutions i.e. capacity development in soft skills. Technically speaking many organizations lack any type of internal monitoring and evaluation system for performance improvement. We fill this gap by researching, developing and delivering training solution that are tailor made and are of international standards in terms of quality, to be precise according to WHO - World health Organization and UNESCO – United Nations Education, Science and Cultural organization, our solutions are in line with United Nation’s Universal Declaration of human Rights, UN’s
