by President Barack Obama. It
is also known as the Economic
Stimulus Package. The law set
aside money for hospitals,
facilities and healthcare
providers to implement
electronic medical record

Meaningful Use In orderfor healthcare providers and facilities to reap the benefits offered by ARRA, they must show “meaningful use.” Meaningful use means you are using CPOE and EMR in a meaningful way.
