We have made considerable investment in relationship building, development of high‐end quality training resources, methodologies and industry coaching. Under this scheme, AOE helps entrepreneurs to build a sound, high quality training and coaching venture through grant of franchise rights to offers our brand of job builder as well as corporate training programs as per the norms laid down time to time. The objective of our relationship is to have win‐win situation, which enables proliferation of AOE offerings with the local initiative and acumen of our business partner for mutual benefit. In setting up a centre, our business partner makes necessary investment, hire the require manpower and deliver our training programs as mentioned above, under the Academy for Excellence brand with our continued support. The duration of the franchise agreement is for 3 years, at the end of which further renewal is possible, at a nominal renewal f i l l fees.

  B u si n e s s Pa r t n e r m o d e l Locating your centre Since we are in training & coaching industry, the centre should be located in a place where employees and candidates must find it convenient to attend. In deciding the location following factors should be taken into consideration consideration. • Visible frontage with adequate sign‐age • Commercial premise • Preferably on 1st or 2nd floor with easy access of elevator. • Adequate electricity / Water provision • Long lease period of premises – if not owned. • Personal washroom facility • Proper parking facility

  Investment Academy for Excellencecharges an initial refundable Security deposit. This deposit will be returned without interest to the business partner in case of discontinuation of franchise contract. The security deposit will be paid at the time of discontinuation of franchise or at the end of 3 years, whichever later. Academy for Excellence will charge non refundable Franchise fee towards one time franchise contract fee. Academy for Excellence will charge one time non refundable Start‐up Fee towards curriculum books and marketing material. For allowing usage of brand name and on‐going support AOE will charge Royalty @ of 15% for the first year total fees collection and 20% for total fees collection for subsequent years, separately.
