Page 3BE Confidential Our History • Set up the headquarter in Shanghai and built the factory in Kunshan • Set up the core business and penetrate the PV cable market • Approved by UL, Obtained ISO 14064, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 • Product passed the test at UL and TUV, Received certificate from TUV & UL for 600V, UL 1000V & 2000V PV cables • Added one more extrusion line and 3 stranding machines • Expanded business overseas ,established sales office in Japan, EMEA and America • Owned four extrusion lines and transformed one line to dual-layer • Acquired dual- approval from TUV & UL for 1,500V PV cables • Invested significantly in R&D to improve manufacturing process and to become technical leader in the market segment • Establish a high end lab to meet the different test requirements • Expand the cable line horizontally and enter into the new industry section such as Automotive (Electric vehicle), infrastructure (railway), robot, copper and chemical (low smoke halogen free) . • Update the logo, VI and also the website • Establish the new material factory • Start transformation to PLC We are fast growing
