Case Study Analysis Format
1. In each case the presenters will play the role of
consultants who provide analysis and advice for the
pertinent decision maker(s) in the situation.
2. All presentations must be completed with Powerpoint
slides (or equivalent presentation program)
Organization
• (5 minutes) Present an Overview of the case situation: names
and positions, dates, locations, a synopsis of exhibits, tables and
dialogues, and other perspectives on the information provided.
• (10 minutes) Organize and review the known facts of the
Existing Situation in terms of Strengths and Weaknesses of the
firm(s) in the case history by focusing on the pertinent business
factors from the following list: communication, intercultural
differences, ethics, and management. Also you may want to
consider personnel, marketing, advertising, finance, accounting,
logistics, distribution, production, costs, and pricing.
• (2 minutes) Deliver a succinct Statement of Problem(s) in a
clear, concise, complete manner using no more than two
sentences.
• (10 minutes) Review a list of five Options each described with
corresponding Advantages and Disadvantages using analysis
and projections based on the business functions above.
Possible solutions:

solutions for one course of action that represents your opinion

• (40 minutes) Respond to any questions during the class
