As an experienced, courteous and efficient Catering Assistant, I am more than able to ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness. I have spent the last two years working for ................. as a Catering Assistant, doing many of the duties that you have listed in your job description. My current employer has awarded me the ‘Employee of the Month’ certificate no less than four times in the past year. I always follow instructions accurately and competently, and am able to maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety within the workplace. As a hand’s on person I know how to operate tills, clean tables, take orders from customers, and serve food in fast-paced environments. My other skills include being able to prepare counters, displays and dining areas, as well as set up and dismantle furniture.
