- 7. INTRODUCTION ABOUT CEMENT DEFINITION:- It is a fine grayish powder which, when mixed with water, forms a thick paste. When this paste is mixed with sand and gravel and allowed to dry it is called concrete. NON HYDROLIC CEMENT:- It will not set in wet conditions or underwater; rather, it sets as it dries and reacts with carbon dioxide in the. HYDROLIC CEMENT:- (e.g.. Portland Cement) set and become adhesive due to a chemical reaction between the dry ingredients and water.

STACKER AND MINES CRUSHER CRUSHER: Manufacturing Company- L&T Dimension- Diameter-1800 Width-2200 Name- APPM 1822 STACKER: At stacker there is an another crusher which is used to separate some small size raw materials for testing purpose.it will rotate in the time period of 7 to 8 minute. RECLAIMER: A Reclaimer is a large machine used in bulk material handling applications. A Reclaimer’s function is to recover bulk material such as ores and cereals from a stockpile.
- 10. RAW MILL A Raw Mill is the equipment used to grind raw materials into raw mix during the manufacture of cement. Raw mix is then feed to a cement kiln, which transform it into clinker, which is then ground to make cement in the cement mill.
- 11. KLIN MILL Cement kilns are used for the pyro processing stage of manufacture of portland and other types of hydraulic cement, in which calcium carbonate reacts with silica bearing minerals to form a mixture of calcium silicates.
- 12. WAGON TRIPLER & CSR Wagon and Tripler:- This is an automatic mechanical machine which is use to unloaded the loaded wagon by automatic computerize controlling system. CSR(Circular Stacker and Reclaimer):-This is the same process of linear stacker and reclaimer but according to word circular as stacker and declaimer both are working at single axis.
- 13. CEMENT MILLS Cement Mill Hopper:- Cement mill is the equipment used to grind the hard, nodular clinker from the cement kiln into the fine grey powder that is cement. most cement is currently ground in ball mills and also vertical roller mills which are more effective than ball mills.
