+
    Causes of Unemployment :

• Firms aren’t open to hiring • A centralized economy around
young people with no Paris and main cities :
experience. unemployment is due to not
                                   enough job offers, in some
• Education system is still unfair French regions.
: private education remains
unaffordable for a • The crisis problem :
huge part of the population. companies have to reduce their
                                   staff.
• Lack of orientation for
students in scholar failure. • Sectors with no prospects for
                                   youth
• Increase in the number of
drop-outs at the age of sixteen.
+
     First solution envisioned :
Many solutions have already been implemented but these aren’t
enough considering all of the problems that youth have.

Target group Highly qualified people who have
                                      studied in sectors without future
                                      perspectives
     Type of solution Governmental action

     Actors Ministry of Economy

Timeline Two years minimum to have a
                                      real effect on unemployment.

Number of unemployed people 440 000 unemployed people
     concerned
+ Principle of our first solution :

There is no place for youth in some sectors
because jobs are already taken by older
    people (above 50).

Our idea is to encourage these people to
retire earlier. However, they would have
        the same pension.

It would permit to free some places for
             youth.

As the government wouldn’t have to pay
unemployed people, they would be able to
                  pay pensioners.
+ Our action :

                             Advertising
                            campaign to
                             encourage
                       retirement in sectors
                             concerned

                      Expose our ideas to the
                      government (lobbying)

We will search support in professional sectors
+
    Second solution envisioned :

Target group People with no qualification

Type of solution Association who help getting a job
                              and accessing to studies
Actors Volunteers (professors, students,
                              organizers)
                              Sponsors
Local representatives (to help us get
                              a venue)
Timeline 1 year.

Number of unemployed people 100 unemployed people per year
concerned
+ Principle of our second solution :

                                            premises.
+
    Our investment :
 We will spend about 1000 hours working each projects.

 We will visit many firms presenting our project and asking for
        support.

 We will make advertising campaigns to promote our ideas and our
        association.

 We will look for volunteers.

 We think we will start by working on our first solution because it
will give work to a higher number of unemployed people.
