Editor's Notes

  • #11 And it’s important that the employer brand from your career site aligns with all of the channels where passive candidates are interacting. Both your look-and-feel and message should be consistent to create a cohesive brand. Last year, Jobvite launched Jobvite Brand, a Web Development service that implements a Corporate Employer’s Brand into relevant Jobvite product areas (e.g. Jobvite Career Site, Landing Pages, or Jobvite Facebook Application).
  • #12 Another important channel is the device that job seekers are using. As we all have seen, the use of mobile only continues to increase every year. Our Social Recruiting Survey showed that 43% of job seekers are already using mobile in their job search. That figure is even higher for millennials. Yet, 59% of recruiters said they are not investing in their mobile career websites.
  • #14 Jobvite Mobile Career Sites are part of our recruiting platform One recruiting platform – all devices - providing a consistent brand and job seeker experience across all devices Fast frictionless apply process Assures that all job seekers get the best experience for their device Jobvite automatically provides an optimized experience based on their device, regardless of traffic source Search engine Social networks Job boards
