SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
– DESCRIPTION:
The Chiller plant manager(CPM) is a DDC Controller mounted and
wired in an IP54 enclosure for controlling/sequencing the
operations of chiller plant automatically and efficiently so as to
equalize the Run Hours and also save energy.
The CPM sequences the operation of individual chiller depending
upon difference between chilled water inlet temperature and
chilled water outlet temperature in common header and user
assigned schedule.
It has Delta control’s System level controller with universal inputs
and outputs that can be extended up to 512 with number of I/O
modules and expansion modules.
The CPM is capable of generating alarms and events, trend logging,
reporting etc.
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
– The chiller plant manager uses Ebcon as a DDC controller
of Delta control’s make. This controller is capable of
communicating on BACnet over MS/TP, BACnet over IP
and with MODBUS devices after adding credits.
– The chiller plant manager is added with ORCAweb as
webserver for generating alarms and event logging,
routing, trend logging, reporting. It is user friendly
software with graphics for easy access to various
parameters of Chiller plant manager.
– The ORCAweb/SCADA software is run on a branded
workstation that combines an intuitive graphical user
interface with powerful, easy to use facility management
tools.

– The chiller plant manager provides simple and
powerful solutions to facility managers and
service personnel for managing the operations
of chiller plant.
– It can be connected to any size building
automation system from small commercial
buildings to large university campuses connected
over a WAN in BACnet IP.
