Pearson Chi Square test was conducted to assess the strength of association between the Selection of ISP and the selection of speed. The symmetric measures output (Table 2.1) to assess the strength of association indicate the significant score of Cramer’s V (.035). Therefore it was also confirmed that the Ha5 was proved and it was accepted. Therefore it was observed that the association between the Selection of ISP and speed was found.
