SISTEMAS DE ACTUACIÓNPOR COOPERACIÓN (SAC) https://www.saccdmx.com/ The SAC´s are one of several planning tools implemented by the Law of Urban Development (2010), which seeks to articulate the action of the public, social and private sectors, for the realization of specific and strategic urban projects, that generate direct benefits to the urban environment. (Articles 114 and 117)

SISTEMAS DE ACTUACIÓNPOR COOPERACIÓN (SAC) https://www.saccdmx.com/ They serve to guide urban development towards a sustainable, prosperous, participatory, livable and equitable city, which promotes productive vocations and encourages investment to achieve an efficient land occupation pattern that induces the redistribution of the population, improves public infrastructure, approximates the employment and households to public transport networks and promote territorial equity.

PROCEDURE FOR THECONSTITUTION AND APPROVAL https://www.saccdmx.com/ 1) If SEDUVI is not the one that decides the constitution of the SAC, it must have the letter of request for its creation by the private, public or social sector. 2) SEDUVI reviews the proposal and determines the need to create a SAC. 3) The Mayor publishes in the Gaceta Oficial the notice and the guidelines for the constitution of the SAC. 4) SEDUVI publishes the Agreement by which the SAC is constituted (Gaceta Oficial) 5) SEDUVI proceeds to enroll the notice and agreement in the Register of Plans and Programs.
- 5. ¿HOW IT OPERATES? https://www.saccdmx.com/ •Technical Committee, which is the support organism to coordinate, implement, administer and execute. • Urban Integration Measures through an Urban Impact Report. • Agreements of Adhesion /Concordance with individuals (land owners). • Monitoring Tables for the discussion/coordination of projects, works and programs among the different actors and sectors.

SAC´S OBJECTIVES https://www.saccdmx.com/ • Promotethe regeneration and renovation urban process. • Generate economic, social and territorial equity for the benefit of the citizens. • The implementation of urban projects or specific infrastructure, equipment, public space, among others public works, generating direct benefits to the population and the urban surrounding.
