CLAN VISION & MISSION
• CLAN VISION: PARADISE RESTORED
• Where:
• DISEASE and POVERTY, MISERY and UGLINESS, among others,
shall be removed and
• PERMANENT HEALING, LASTING HEALTH, BEAUTY, AND
YOUNGEVITY (YOUTH AND LONG LIFE) ARE THE MAIN
FEATURES/ BLESSINGS.

• To help transform every square meter or every 5 hectares of land into
Eden where fruit trees, flowers, herbs are the main features as food
and medicine and sources of beauty –
• To help fulfill the prophecy: “And fruits shall be the food (or preventive
medicine (preventing aging and illnesses) and the leaf (herbs and
vegetables) shall be the medicine (Ezekiel 47:12) and for the healing of
the nations (Revelation 22:2), thus, returning – restoring the Lost
Paradise (Genesis 1:29), hence FOOD FOREST, ORCHARD,

and wilderness, all will be managed orchard (fruit garden), flower
garden, vegetable garden and herbal garden in one.
• To distribute all land, including the forests, e.g., 5 hectare apiece, to
all families, thereby, removing the reason why many have turned
rebels, and secondly, removing the wild forest as the hiding places
of both rebels and government-fed goons.
• Thus, remove the main fuels of rebellion, insurgency and un-peace.

• Objectives:
• To pardon all unpaid inheritance taxes of all clans, thus prevent the loss of ancestral
lands of the clans to the government and politicians.
• To widely implement the Homestead Law so the clan will have additional lands for all
its families
• To aim for the whole land of the nation to be under the care and stewardship of the
families so as to remove wild forests with all its disadvantages and harms, to remove
landlessness among the people, to turn all forests into foodorest (that is, food forest,
orchard and gardens), thus, convert the entire forest into an agricultural extension of
the present agricultural land of the nation, to arrange the trees beautifully so that the
foodorest will also become a tourist attraction, thus, a farm, a Natural preservation and
a tourist spot in one.
• To guide the process of reverting back to family-clan based government directly
connected to the Prime Father of All. No more parallel government like empire,
monarchy, democracy, etc. to rival the Government of God implemented through the
clan-family structure. The removal of democracy is not anarchy, but the restoration of
the family-based government, love-based.

• Objectives:
• To hasten the implementation of Homestead Law, that is, the granting
of government land to the people, instead of the CARP Law which is
bloody and very divisive.
• To expose the wicked two methods of the Spaniards (friars, priests) in
acquiring the choicest of lands (plains and valleys), to wit: 1) force,
e.g., guns or wars until now; 2) deception, e.g., use of religion, such
as: priest telling the wife that seconds before the death of the
husband, the latter saw his soul going to hell and so, to avert it, the
now deceased husband ask the priest to ask his wife to donate at
least half of the farm that is the most fertile plain; to declare it null
and void, thus, open the friar lands for redistribution among the
landless families/ citizens.

Loveless Government responsible for widespread landlessness
1. Denied (galimod) from the people the law which are pro-people.
• For example: The Philippine homestead law allows landless citizens to apply for FREE land
up to 24 hectares. Requirements: 1) Pay application fee of P50.00; 2) stay on the land
applied; 3) cultivate it. So, ignorance has kept many people landless.
2. Denied (gilimod) from the people the law which are hurting the people.
• For example: Inheritance tax. Because young heirs have not been properly informed about
this inheritance tax, the tax has grown so big that heirs gave up the land or the tax not paid
for 10 years, foreclosure (government takes the land). So clans/families are losing their
ancestral lands.
• We have plenty of lands, plenty of religions, plenty of resources, but there is a severe
poverty of the divine love called neighborly love. Lands and lots are streaming towards the
hands of politicians and friends who enjoy cheap prices of foreclosed lots as well as those
abandoned due to orchestrated civil wars.
3. There is an existing law, spoken and written, God gave which states: “All My
lands are free and for all.”

We have plenty of lands, plenty of religions,
plenty of resources, but there is a severe
poverty of the divine love called neighborly
love.
Lands and lots are foreclosed and are
streaming towards the hands of politicians
and friends who enjoy cheap prices of
foreclosed lots as well as those abandoned
due to orchestrated civil wars.

We have plenty of lands, plenty of
religions, plenty of resources, but very
poor in love… love for the poor in behalf
of the Father.

More than 20,000 Christian religions & denominations but have not
addressed the Increasing number of clans
losing lands due to cruel inheritance tax
and civil wars in Mindanao.
Are these religions fake, because they are powerless?
Or had they not doctored the Holy Bible, the basis of these religions, so that It is
now maimed and powerless, no longer that sharp two-edged sword,
no longer that pure truth that can cut chains and set its adherents free?

Easy to lose our lands to amoroso
(foreclosures) and to civil wars…
But it takes blood, sweat and tears
To acquire a small piece of land.
You have to first leave your family
To work abroad to save money
To buy but only a small piece of land.
And when you are able to do so,
Chances are them to whom it is for,
Are now gone!

Condone Inheritance Tax and fully implement
the Homestead Law
• On one hand, To stop the loss of inheritance lands, let the people
petition the government to pardon or even repeal the deceptive and
harmful inheritance tax and
• On the other hand, let the government fully implement the homestead
law of the country whereby every landless head of the family or citizen
can obtain free government land up to 24 hectares each… free.
• Let all clans pursue this.

Enough Land, but Love not Enough
We have land more than we need. But the problem is: our
leaders lack the love and deny the land from us... and
allow amoroso and wars in Mindanao to take our
remaining lands from us.
The day will come when we wake up and see our land
cultivated by others, and we their tenants.
By scaring us with their guns, we abandoned our farms
and seek for safety. When we came back, our land was
now a no-man’s land, occupied by the army, and a few
years later, it was titled to someone else's name.

MAIN STRATEGIES:
1. Spread of the New Revelations of God as the How-To Manual
(Implementing Rules) of the Law of Divine Love (You shall love
God above all and your neighbor as yourself.). Note: The Bible,
after 250,000 truncations and false insertion, distortions, is no longer an
effective guide how to implement the Law of Divine Love. Now a very dull two-
edged sword, no longer able to distinguish selfish love and divine love. The
Bible has in effect become a tool of selfish love which Christians in the
Philippines for example, have used to produced a society where even families
are warring within and each other. Those who relied on the Bible for the
implementation guidelines have ended up divided instead of united (ex: more
than 20,000 Christian denominations all based on the Bible).

MAIN STRATEGIES:
5. Land Reform: No one can have more than what others
have. Equal size of land. Stewardship, not ownership.
Only God is the real Owner.
6. Link to all clans and other people’s organizations (POs)
all over the country for a block voting tactic to ensure
we get what we ask from the politicians/ government
officials. Voting power as our main power.
7. Next is: our purchasing power to be also used for our
purposes and objectives.
8. Total expose of the fakeness of armed communism as
another tool of the capitalist Illuminati to “divide and
rule” and to replace it with active wise love.

MAIN STRATEGIES on LAND REFORM AND ACQUISITION:
• Avail of Homestead Law, where each family can apply for a free land now
under the stewardship of the government (e.g., DENR), the size of not more
than 24 hectares per family.
• This is to offset the fast reversion of clan lands back to the government due to
the imposition of Inheritance Tax law, where the clans’ younger heirs have
not been properly informed about, thus, the clan ancestral land fell into
arrears and taken back by the government and sold to politicians and friends
at P1,000 per hectare or less.
• The Homestead Law can balance the speedy loss of land due to imposition of
Inheritance Tax Law.
• Educate younger clan members (younger heirs) about the danger of
Inheritance Tax Law and request for clemency by reason of ignorance/
innocence: Repel Inheritance Tax Law.
• Do these for and with every clan: UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL.

Clan and Families Fast Losing LANDS
• The clan and families are losing lands to the government and politicians at a speed
faster than their gaining.
• Here’s why:
• The unknown Inheritance Tax Law is causing almost every clan’s land to get foreclosed
(amoroso).
• The foreclosed property is then sold to friends and politicians at P1,000 per hectare.
Thus, the haciendero or politician becomes richer.
• On the other hand, the price of land is not easy even for the OFW or seaman or any
other well-off member of the clan-family to buy: years of saving is still required.
• Therefore, MORE LANDS ARE GOING TO THE HANDS OF THE POLITICIANS AND
HACIENDEROS VIA THE GOVERNMENT THRU INHERITANCE TAX/ FORECLOSURE THAN
THOSE NEW LOTS A FAMILY OR CLAN CAN ACQUIRE THRU HARD WORK AND LONG-
TIME SAVINGS.

Clan and Families Fast Losing LANDS
• The fastest and easiest way for those using the government as means to grabbing lands from
the poor people: civil war, which can be fake or real but orchestrated (e.g., Muslim pitted
against Christians). By conducting even a fake civil war, where the army is divided into two
groups, half of it playing as army while the other half as NPAs (rebels), the orchestrator can
then easily scare the farmers and drive them away from their farms, thus, allowing them to
place an army camp or declare the area a no-man’s land, allowing the wicked ones to “rent” it
from the government at P1.00 per hectare per year, and then, to apply for land title after 5 to
10 years.
• If that happened in Bukidnon, it could happen elsewhere - anywhere.
• Another is real civil wars, such sa Christian Manila Government vs Muslim. Such as wars in
Cotabato and other Muslim areas. After the war, Christians compadres of Marcos, etc., and
some foreigners soon owned the land, as hacienderos, while the grandchildren of the
vanquished are now their tenants.
• We must stop war as their strategy to grab land very fast. Their strategy is divide and rule.
That’s why they wrote/doctored the Koran and the Bible for the end and purpose: Divide and
rule.

“Friar Land”
• Two main methods used by the Spaniards (and other foreigners) to acquire
land from our ancestors:
1. By force (gun, wars)
2. By deceit, especially by Catholic Religion where the Spaniard (e.g., friar,
priest) would perform a deathbed ceremony locally known as hilog, privately
beyond the hearing of the family members and after that, the priest would
say to the wife and children, especially when the family owns fat plains:
“Well, madam, your husband before he breathed his last, saw – his soul saw
– the terrible hell to be his destination… so he told me if I could ask you to
donate half of the family land, mostly the plain to the Church for its holy use,
so his sins can be bought, I mean, paid off – redeemed from hell and his soul
can go to heaven.” Since it was the woman of the family who was easiest to
scare (fear tactic), therefore, she was the most religious, that is, superstitious.
And so, the family land went to the Church, that is, those who run the it, now
mostly the Jesuits and other Orders. These are now classified and protected
as “friars lands.”

“Friar Land”
What kind of land are the friar lands? The best and the fattest land, e.g.,
plain or valley, and most fertile.
Where are those friar lands? Now (1) as part of many cities and towns
when modern progress encroached, as well as (2) presently haciendas.
Both of these are established on former cultivated plains and valleys and a
few rolling hills.

“Friar Land”
Does our present law protect – read: exempt – friar lands from
Homestead and Land distribution under CARP?
Answer: Our Homestead Law states that friar lands are excluded from
Homestead, that is, any citizen can apply for homestead (free land) up to
24 hectares per applicant, excluding the friar lands. See Commonwealth
Act No. 141, The Public Land Act, November 7, 1936).
Remarks: Since the friar lands were acquired by force and/or deceit, they
are not legal and moral acquisition and so, the People, heirs of those
original owners, as the present Government, can take back those friar
lands for distribution to the heirs of the original native owners whom the
friars deceived or coerced or even in some cases, poisoned to die early,
leaving his wife and children as defenseless widow and orphans. This is
one of their age-old tactics.

Homestead versus CARP
Homestead is confined to land not privately owned – hence, the so-called
government land.
CARP (Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program) aims for the haciendas,
or large lands privately owned by hacienderos, hence, can include the
friar lands.
Homestead aims for the hills and mountains, not the plains and valleys
which are mostly grabbed by the friars and their friends.
Since our purpose is ORCHARD-PERMACULTURE based on hills and
mountains, and since we avoid the plains and valleys due to its present
level of toxicity (chemical farming), we seem to do better with
HOMESTEAD APPLICATION than the sometimes bloody implementation of
CARP.
CARP being targeted towards haciendas may include friar lands which are
located also in plains and valleys.

• Year-round contact of POs, Alumni Associations, PTAs, all clans, etc.
• December: Grand convention to culminate all contacts
• Printing and sale of brochures or books regarding the subject
• Production and sale of DVDs or USBs, etc.
• Convert each Facebook friend into coordinator of this idea or plan or
platform
• Free sharing of ebooks via internet.
• House to house sharing.
