Kadwa, District Katihar, Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner- in-Person in the International Sex Racket matter in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 242/2021, Interlocutory Application No. 66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme Court of India. 2. That 112 call has been made against fraud BLO Anand Vihar Delhi dated 24.11.2022 with unique reference no. 6161038, PCR Petrol Vehicle ROMO9A mobile no. 7428002509 at 19.32.34pm. Inquiry officer Balveer Singh mobile no. 9654963400 of Patpatganj Industrial Area Police Station near Anand Vihar ISBT has recorded the name and address of person who had come to make fake voters under the legal

  2 guardianship of Complainant. 3.That thereafter in response to Election Commission online complaint no. NGS5322435639 dated 25.11.2022, Ms. Sunita Raj mobile no. 9650058340 claiming herself as ERO 59- Vishwas Nagar Constituency Sahadra district at East Delhi has admitted this fact that she has sent this man for this work on 24.11.2022 at Shelter Home DUSIB Code No.214 near Anand Vihar ISBT Delhi. 4. That Election Commission online complaint no. NGS5322435639 dated 25.11.2022 has asked the complainant to supply name and address of BLO who had come to make fake voters under the legal guardianship of Complainant. 5. That Complainant is the victim of International Sex Racket since 18 years and seeking Constitutional remedy through Court of Law since then. Mr. Manish Raj son of Chief Minister of Jharkhand is husband of complainant’s sister-in-law Ms. Rupam Kumari alias Dolly residing at Chicago Illions United States of America. He is one of the main accused in Child Prostitution matter at Shastri Park North East Delhi which has resulted in Writ Petition Criminal No. 242/2021 before Supreme Court of India. That inthe course of litigation, complainant has lost his parents and his wife and unseen 17 year old minor daughter has been kidnapped, Gang Raped and pushed into illicit sex trade at the International sex market by the state. 7. That complainant is alone and his wife and minor daughter will not be the legal heir of his movable and immovable property in absence of their rescue from the clutches of International Sex Racket and DNA testing through Court of Law. 8. That sex racketeer State is devising ways and means to suppress the rescue of victims from the clutches of sex racket and to make a fake voter identity card for the victims to claim

That same activity has taken place in Bihar; a fake voter identity card has been issued by BLO Part-220, Ward No.03, 64-Kadwa Constituency Katihar Bihar vide EPIC No. TYGO395244, S.N. 783 against the Complainant. Complainant has figured out malpractices of BLO and submitted requisite form before BLO Gopal Malik mobile no. 9507949474 dated 17.12.2021 for deletion of his name from the voter list to suppress the practice of multiple voter identity cards across the Country. 10. That complainant has lodged a complaint no. NGS2822557556 dated 26.11.2022 against BLO Part 220 and ERO 64-Kadwa Constituency Katihar Bihar for not taking any action and not deleting the name of complainant from the voter list till date. 11. That complainant has also lodged a complainant no. NGS5322435639 dated 25.11.2022 for taking an attempt to make fake voter identity card for his unseen kidnapped minor daughter by BLO Anand Vihar Delhi before Ms. Sunita Raj mobile no. 9650058340 ERO 59-Vishwas Nagar Constituency Sahadra district at East Delhi. 12. That complainant has protested against this arbitrary action of State and initiated legal action against it. 13. That there is a vested interest and an ulterior motive of State

That complainant already has Voter ID EPIC No. NRX3153459 by NCT of Delhi under 36-Bijwasan Constituency South West District at New Delhi. 15. Hence, complainant is prying from you to TAKE the cognizance of obvious links between Ms. Sunita Raj, BLO Anand Vihar and Mr. Manish Raj with this International Sex Racket and direct to concern SHO to register an F.I.R against the accused under relevant sections of IPC.
