- 2. Overview I am currently employed as a certified nursing assistant at Consulate Healthcare in New Port Richey, Florida. Consulate Healthcare is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- 3. Proposal Communication at our facility is leading to understaffing issues as well as not clear understanding of policy and procedures. The communication issues effect everyone in the facility down to the residents themselves.
- 4. How this can effect operations at the facility. Less incidents because of unclear understanding of policy and procedures. Lower employee turnover rate. Lower costs associated with not communicating scheduling issues.
- 5. Stakeholders Mary Landon is the Director of Nursing for Consulate Healthcare of NPR. Tameko Lovett is the Administrator of the Consulate of NPR facility. Kelly Delarosa is the Director of Human Resources for the NPR facility.
