- #9: RGI founded under the reocognition that the times of pure opposition have to be over because otherwise both run into a problem. TSOs – recognition that by ignoring external stakeholders the process isn’t speeding up but slowed down NGOs recognising that climate change is a much harder to solve problem than local impacts – that one part of the climate change solution is RES and that for those, our current grid infrastructure isn’t matching.
