1. Determine who should be included.
2. Determine what processes should be included.
3. Develop action plan with key steps for all proposed
changes.
4. Explain why - organise a group planning
5. Assign team leaders for phases and priorities.
6. Release daily or/and weekly updates, keep everyone
updated.
7. Keep system track of what has been achieved what
