This document summarizes a cross-cultural study of mobile phone use by students with disabilities ages 15-25. It reviewed the top 10 mobile phones in several countries and administered a questionnaire to 220 students about their phone use, difficulties experienced, and which accessibility features they use. Common features included taking photos as reminders or for note-taking, using the internet for spelling and maps, and setting alarms. The document also described strategies from projects in Japan, the UK, and US to address students' needs through mobile technologies.
