EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
    •   Member of Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers joined in 1972. Presently
        holding the post of Chief Administrative Officer at Rail Coach Factory, Rae Bareli Project,
        Lucknow ,UP (India) for setting up of the New Rail Coach Factory for the manufacture of
        ‘World Class Coaches’ under Ministry of Railways.
    •   Extensive experience in administration, planning, financial management, project
        management, infrastructure development and consultancy.
    •   Served for 36 years in various capacities on Indian Railway including Research, Design &
        Standard, Organization (RDSO), Lucknow, Rail India Technical & Economic Services
        (RITES), Delhi, and Central Organization for Modernization Workshop (COFMOW), Delhi.
    •   Acquired expertise in consultancy in handling National and International projects while
        working in various capacities. Some of these are:
        o Joint Director (Brake) at Research Design & Standard Organization, Lucknow, handled
           development and introduction of brake systems for various types of rolling stock
           conforming to UIC standards, on Indian Railways.
        o Introduction of high speed trains on Indian Railways including Mass Rapid Transit
           System, Calcutta.
        o Modernization of ALCO locomotives while upgrading their Horse Power.
        o Rehabilitation and up gradation of traction motors for Sudan Railway Corporation.
        o Transfer of Technology in connection with new generation coaches from LHB
           (Germany) and FIAT (Switzerland).
        o Development and introduction of Three Tier AC Coaches for Indian Railways.
    •   Extensively traveled abroad on various European, Latin American and North American
        countries in connection with various projects of Government of India and attended
        Seminar on “Experimental Techniques and Design in Composite Materials” in U.K.
    •   In depth knowledge and experience in Project monitoring (MS Project) and Contact
        management.
    •   Special skills in Financial Analysis and Financial Control required for National and
