MORLOCK FOUNDATION 2015 - 2016 Case Management Intern  Learned and navigated community services to provide telephone based assistance to clients in need.  Created a plan for the foundation to become a Medicaid service provider and receive public funding.  Researched and created a plan for the agency to provide telephone-based intervention to newly discharged hospital patients, and help hospitals meet government-established goals in reducing post- discharge readmissions and costs. Remained beyond the length of my contract to complete my work.    Implemented changesin Buffalo City Ballet training school to better serve the needs of a diverse population of students, including at-risk children, and all other involved parties within the community, resulting in greatly improved enrollment, student participation and community involvement.  Created and implemented new strategic business plan for dance company school with flat performance numbers and revenues; increased enrollment by 33% and revenues by 35%.  Advocated for these children through grant writing, and presenting and supporting of said grant proposals before institutional committees or boards; provided applicable documentation to public and private philanthropic organizations.  Developed and managed strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other applicable entities. Ballet Instructor 2000 - 2002  Provided ballet instruction to a diverse, socioeconomic group of at-risk youth.  Developed skills in working with at-risk children who have difficulty regulating their behavior.
