Disney Celebration
- 2. LOCATION: Osceola County, State of Florida
- 3. In the early 90’s the DDC established the “Celebration Company” to lead the development. Celebration is planned in an early 20th century architectural style
- 4. Disney Chief Executive Officer Michael Eisner took a especially keen interest in the development in the early days. THE history

- 7. During the holiday season, soap flakes pour out of the street lights on Main Street to replicate snow and Christmas music plays from the sidewalks. There is a water fountain located next to the lake surrounded by palm trees and benches.
- 8. COMMUNITY Celebration has a variety of community organizations that try to maintain the town. There are seven registered Christian Churches , one Hospital Ministry , and one Jewish congregation
- 9. There are parks throughout the town as well as a fire department, schools, a post office...

- 11. VILLAGES CELEBRATION VILLAGE (main village) These are the two original villages, where the Celebration "pioneers" first settled. WEST VILLAGE
- 12. EAST VILLAGE (LAKE EVALYN) In a stroke of originality, this neighborhood was named after the lake that fronts the most desirable homesites.
- 13. SOUTH VILLAGE NORTH VILLAGE It is mostly a residential area, but there are some businesses Attractions + Tourists + Highway = Noise. This is mainly a residental area. Located a little farther from downtown.
