Deal directly with the candidate
DSS has corporate office in all strategic locations to reach out to candidates directly. DSS does not use any middle party to search

Pre Dispatch
Each candidates goes though pre dispatch training session where he is taught about basic safety guidelines, site norms, working
conditions among other critical points that help our candidates be successful.

Skill Up-Gradation Program
• Over 120000 square feet training facility.

• Four locations in India.

• 15 day program with accommodation, food (Breakfast, Lunch &
Dinner) and medical services provided in a camp like environment.

• This program is only for candidates who pass the skill test .

• Skill up-gradation Training will be given during document process.

• We do not train people with no Skill.

monitored closely for assessment of attitude and aptitude.



• It is our belief that A+ grade worker without the right attitude /
aptitude or productivity will add no value to the client.



• A good worker does not need to pay big money to find a job. Only
worker who lack quality are required to pay high sums of money for
overseas job.

• If the worker pays too much money for overseas job, he will be
under immense stress and will never be able to perform.

• It is our goal, and belief to provide a fair opportunity to each
