The document describes the implementation of an eCommerce platform for SOLAR Company, a chain of 80 boutiques and franchises across Europe. The goals of the project were to enable direct online purchases, provide a tool for offline clients to create shopping lists and learn about new collections, and allow customers to purchase products no longer available in stores. The project team utilized a user-centered design methodology, gathering business requirements, observing users, conducting interviews and tests, and developing concepts before implementation and optimization.
