you know the credit you’ve purchased has been used to buy your Smart Pack
5) Smart Packs are prepaid for 30 days, if you use yours up before 30 days, you’ll need to
buy a new SIM card and add a new Smart Pack or add a la carte credit to your existing SIM
6) To top-up faster and skip the lines, top up at any ATM
with your bank card or at any store displaying a Top Up sign

Tips on Sending Your Device for REPAIR
1) Please advise if you have phone insurance or are an EE Business customer
2) If possible, complete a full back-up of your device before sending it for repair;
it will be totally erased and all software will be re-installed as part of the process
3) Repairs take an average of 2 to 5 weeks but may take longer depending on the nature
of the problem and availability of replacement parts; for speedier service you may
wish to consult your Manufacturer’s Warranty and Support Centres
4) Devices with cracked or broken screens and devices determined to have water damage
(condensation, humidity or falls into water) will neither be repaired nor replaced and, in
most cases, are not covered by your Manufacturer’s Warranty.
5) Loan Phones may be available; a simple Talk & Text phone is free, a Smartphone
requires a £60 deposit, refundable upon return of the device and charger
6) Your SIM and network access are still active; regular monthly charges apply

Tips on Making a CLONE PHONE Claim
1) A deductible charge, as determined by device, applies per claim
2) You have 30 days from the date of purchase of your new device to apply for
Clone Phone insurance from EE
3) Insurance is available for a minimum of 90 days to a maximum of 36 months
provided you are insuring an approved device
4) Claims made before 11am will be fulfilled the same day in most cases; claims
made before 5pm will be fulfilled the next day in most cases and claims made
after 5pm will be fulfilled within 2 business days in most cases
5) Replacements are only sent to the address of the account they’re registered to
6) Your insured device will be replaced with a new, identical device; in the rare
event that a replacement is no longer available, you will receive the next
available model that is equal to or better than your original device
