This document presents an innovative approach to designing arithmetic circuits using perpendicular nanomagnetic logic (PNML), offering alternatives to CMOS technology amid challenges faced due to downsizing. The authors developed a full-adder, ripple carry adder, and a novel decimal adder layout with simulations indicating reduced latency and area, achieving significant efficiency improvements. The research highlights the unique characteristics of PNML, such as operating at room temperature and zero-leakage, positioning it as a promising technology for the next generation of nanoelectronics.
