- 2. ABSTRACT This project is actually explaining about the importance of EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING SYSYTEM , which is carrying out various tasks which goes under college management . It will work on college area network. Under this system it will include all colleges in particular institutions and all the departments which comes in a particular college. It will control many activities in particular college administration , to handle all these tasks system has divided into different modules and presented on a single window , so that its user can handle it in eco-friendly manner. As most of the work is done manually or it is based on paper works all these process takes time, if we include all the work in online system, then it can reduce time and work.This is designed to be centralized and accessed easily from anywhere within the organization, which also serves to reduce redundancy within the organization.
- 3. Existing System: In the present system all work is done on paper. The whole session is stored in register and at the end of the session the reports are generated. We are not interested in generating report in the middle of the session or as per the requirement because it takes more time in calculation Present Scenario: •All the documents are recorded manually and stored. •If any staff wants their details it takes lots of time to retrieve the document. •If any new document is submitted and it takes more time to store information. • Manual work consumes more time than automation.
- 4. Disadvantages of Existing System: • Not User Friendly • Difficulty in report generating • Manual control • Lots of paperwork • Time consuming • Less Security
- 5. Proposed System: To overcome the drawbacks of the existing system, the proposed system has been evolved. This project aims to reduce the paper work and saving time to generate accurate results. The system provides with the best user interface. The efficient reports can be generated by using this proposed system. Advantages of Proposed System: • It is a relatively fast approach to enter data. • Is highly reliable, approximate result from user. • Very Less Paperwork. • Efficient reports.
