ADMIN PANEL
How to open the admin panel:
 Open a browser (edge, chrome, Firefox etc.)
 Write your website URL (For example: www.yourwebsite.com)
 Add “/admin” at the end of URL (www.yourwebsite.com/admin)
 Enter your username and password
 Press “Login” button
DASHBOARD
Here you can see your business status and progress
How to open dashboard
Open the “admin panel” click on “Dashboard” present in the left side menu.

In the dashboard you will see the following boxes:
 How to see total orders
 In (1) box you can see total orders you have got (from the start day till today).
 How to see completed orders
 In (2) box you can see number of orders you have completed (from starting day till
today).
 How to see cancelled orders
 In (3) box you can see the total number of cancelled order (from start till today).
 How to see total income
 In (4) box you can see Todays total income.
 How to see scheduled orders
 In (5) box you can see the scheduled orders (the order which you have to deliver on
time specified by the customer).

 How to see orders in queue
 In (6) box you can see how much orders are pending (still needs to be completed)
 What is sales Graph
o Below the boxes you will see a graph like in the next (7) image. Here you can see the
sales report
CATEGORIES
Location: Admin panelCategories
This option will show your restaurant type (for example: Hotel, Fast food, Ice-cream bar, Café
etc.). Your restaurant category is fixed and assigned by the admin.
By clicking category tab you will see the following window.

 click “Add new” on the top right corner

How to delete sub-category:
 Login to admin panel
 In the left side bar select ”Category”
 press icon

 A confermation box will appear click “Yes” on that box. Your sub-category will be deleted.

 Tick “show add on” option if you are creating a new product. If the product is already created
then edit product and tick “show add on” option
(Click here for details)
 When your have done that a box will appear in add-on option. Just click this box and select add-
on for this product from available add-ons. (From where available add-ons came?)
Add on

What is add on
Add on are extras along with the main product (for example add on for pizza is chili sauce or cold
drink).
Note: First you create the add-on and assign products to it. Then you assign this add-on to the other
products where necessary.
Suppose you have made an add-on named “pizza add-on” and you assigned “chili sauce and cold
drink” to it and you have assigned this add-on to pizza. Now if customer orders pizza he can select
add-on as well, and he will pay extra for that. So he will get a pizza with chili sauce and cold drink.
How to create add-on and how to assign product to it
Go to Admin panelServicesAdd-on
On the top write corner click on “Add on”. A window will appear. Write title for the add-on and click
“Save” button.
When you click save button following window will appear. Now you need to assign product to add-on.

What is a Deal?
A deal “is when you make a group of some related products and give a discount on it”.
For example a deal can be : (1 Large pizza + 1.5 liter cold drink + family size fries)
How to create a Deal

On the top right corner click “Add Deals” button. Following window will appear:
Write title for the size (for example

 To choose currency for your business write currency name in (2)

 How can I fix per kilometer delivery charges
 To fix per kilometer delivery charges write per kilometer delivery charges in (2).
Note: Total delivery charges = delivery charges + (per kilometer delivery charges X no. of
kilometers)
 How can I specify delivery time
 Delivery time means the time period in which you claim to deliver the order.
 To specify the delivery time write delivery time in (3).
 How can I specify minimum amount for home delivery
 To specify minimum amount for home delivery, write this amount in (4).
 How can I specify maximum range (distance) for home-delivery
 To specify home delivery range, write the range (kilometers) in (5).
 How can I specify the range (distance) for free home delivery
