  INTRODUCTION: The best patternthat we have in Father-Child relationship is Jesus Christ in his relationship with His Father

  • THE SON LOVES, HONORS AND _____________ HIS FATHER’S ________________________ (John 15:21, 24) John 14:31- “..but the world must learn that I love the Father and that I DO EXACTLY WHAT MY FATHER HAS COMMANDED ME.” ONE AND MUTUAL RESULT: __________ AND CARED FOR BY THE FATHER!

THE SONKNOWS HIS _______ AND HIS FATHER’S _______ (John 15:1; I John 14:28) GOD THE FATHER IS THE VINE DRESSER/GARDENER; GOD THE SON IS THE VINE John 10:29 – “My Father…is greater than all…no one can snatch them out of My Father’s hand.” John 14: 28 –”...My Father is greater than I.” John 15:11 – “...just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and REMAIN IN HIS LOVE.” John 15:15 – “Everything I learned from The Father I have made known to you.” ONE AND MUTUAL RESULT: THE FATHER IS _________________!

THE SONUSES THE FATHER’S ________________ BECAUSE THEY ARE _________ (John 10:30) John 10:38 – “believe that the Father is IN ME, and I IN HIM.” John 15:7 – COMMAND TO REMAIN IN HIM (abide) John 15:16 – APPOINT TO GO AND BEAR FRUIT (lasting) John 15:12 – COMMAND TO LOVE EACH OTHER (joy) ONE AND MUTUAL RESULT: WHATEVER YOU ASK, THE FATHER WILL _________ IT TO YOU!

  CONCLUSION: The relationship ofthe God the Father and God the Son was ONE AND MUTUAL… Can we not strive also to do this in our own homes? As we celebrate Father’s Day, let us remember how Jesus honored His Father… the result of which, He was also honored…

  REFLECTION QUESTIONS: 1. Do/Didyou love your father? How do/did you show it? 2. Naniniwala ka ba dito: Kung paano mo tinitingnan ang relasyon mo sa iyong ama dito sa lupa, ay tila nagiging ganoon din ang iyong tingin sa iyong Ama na nasa langit?
