- 1. Film Opening Title Sequence Lauren and Megan
- 2. Chosen Genre Our chosen genre is a supernatural/paranormal horror. We want the main plot in this sequence to be obvious, we want the audience to know that it is about a Supernatural killer. The horror film, Insidious is a good example of a supernatural horror, the reaction from this film is what we aim to get in the opening title sequence.
- 3. VisualsAll of our locations are woods/forest to create a suspenseful effect. The location matches the plot of the film, which is the ghost of a serial killer still completes his/her crimes in the afterlife. Dark lighting makes the genre obvious for the audience.
- 4. Target Audience We want our target audience to be mainly teenagers and young adults both male and female. Anyone who is interested in this kind of genre. We want to make the title sequence appealing for the audience, we want it to be intriguing so they would want to continue watching.
- 5. Credits When adding in the credits, the credits can be edited to look static for example the American Horror Story Murder House credits. The Supernatural (TV Show) title credit is really dramatic and static which fits in well with the show.
