Introduction • The “EMPLOYEEMANAGEMENT SYSTEM” has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. • Employee Management System is a distributed application, developed to maintain the details of employees working in any organization. • It maintains the information about the personal details of their employees. • It is user friendly.

Objectives • A userfriendly front-end for the user to interact with the system. • Well-designed database to store employee information. • The objective of this project is to provide a comprehensive approach towards the management of employee information. • This project simplifies the task of maintaining records because of its user friendly nature.

About the Project •Employee management System makes it easy to check and track human resource department at the press of a button. • It makes the system easy to monitor and manage employees from different location. • This systems helps in supervising employees work report and productivity. • Our EMS includes a time tracking system system that saves both time and money.
