  I learned about:  Different Types of Research and usage : electronic research sources, web research sources, print research sources.  Designing Documents, Slides, and Screens : white space, headings, typefaces, margins, bullets, font, clear language.  Types of Questions for Surveys and Interviews : open, closed and branching.  Different Types of Reports : analytical, informative and closure, feasibility, justification, and problem – solving reports.  Patterns of Organization for Reports : comparison/contrast, problem/solution, elimination of alternatives, general to particular/particular to general, geographic or spatial, functional and chronological.  Tips for Writing Social Media Content : research, great headline and opening, pictures, resources, opinions.

  Assignments that helped meto learn :  Analysis 3 helped me to learn that a webpage, which has poor organization and too many different colors in background and fonts - makes website look very distracting and unprofessional.  One Book One Campus Recommendation Report gave me basic understanding how recommendation report looks like, what format and sources to use, where to look for information, and how to organize information using tables.

  Importance of learning : ToImprove writing skills generally. To be able to write different reports in different life situations. To have a proper organization in writing , and know your audience. To be able to create a professional and well organized websites/slides working for different companies and organizations. To save time later for assigned work assignments.

  I will usethis learning : Working with law and criminal justice because my majors are Law and Criminal Justice. Law itself is all about reading and writing, and professional writing is very important in law field. Analyzing and researching are also very important for my Law and Criminal Justice majors. Having my own business one day. Beside working with law and criminal justice, I would also love to have a small retail business, and have my own website. When I have my own website, I will know how to design it, how to organize information on it and I will not forget social media importance and tips that I learned in this course.
