- 4. 2. Overview – Shaping Talent A simple charcoal piece over the years being preserved in the womb of mother earth, becomes a diamond, though raw. But without proper finishing process it doesn’t get it deserved value. Even a diamond needs polishing by a professional to get its proper valuation. Likewise, after yearsof schooling and thereafter time well spent in Higher education, create a student as a diamond for the nation. While we thankfully acknowledge the precious work of the college authorities in making those diamonds, we happily undertake the responsibility of polishing the diamonds to suit the reallife work place criteria with our Finishing School initiative – thus complimenting the awesome work of the college authorities. The main objectives of our services is To equip students with requisite skill sets – both employability skill sets and entrepreneurial skill sets. To enable a functional OJT (on-job-training) platform – Internships. To bring down the cost and to enhance the effectiveness of training delivery, by blending learning interventions (e-learning and instructor-led or classroom intervention).

Our Target Segment in Higher Education Achieving the above given objective in a visible and satisfaction mode for our client- partner’s delight will be demanding ample planning, time and substantiate effort. Thus we focus on our target students especially 1styear and 2nd year students. So that we can work along with the students and when they reach their final year, and ensure the outcome of preparing them for real life – either in Employment or Entrepreneurship. Our Approach to Accomplish Skill Set Enhancement Services Gyalizo KE having two major verticals viz., CorporateTraining Division and Campus Training, makes it easy for us to bridge the skill gap – based on the real time inputs received from the CorporateSector on diagnosis as well as prognosis basis – needed for the employability quotient of the students. We being as a Start-up venture, and ably connected with the entrepreneur network and investing community, we are much plentiful and resourceful to train the students on entrepreneurial skills. Platform Services As platform services happens to be a crucial component for a functional “industry- institution” connect, we are constructing a stand-alone, in-house placement division – with a separate team and target, completely focused to place students for internship – and is scheduled to be rolled out in October 2016. The internship opportunities not only aid the students to acquire work-place awareness, but will also inspire them to study their subjects from an actualization point-of-view. We also plan to conduct co-partnered events in the campus of our client-partner (Educational Institutions) by bringing relevant specialists from Industry, Entrepreneur Community and Investors – thus inspiring a conducive ecosystem of higher awareness and connect potential. To augment the entrepreneurship journey we are also in the process of building a VBI (Virtual Business Incubator) that could be served as a functional support for the physical Business Incubators that are being initiated in the Campus sector. We would like to make campuses equipped with all the required resources for the human talent to practice for real-time business environment.

E-learning Services We have provisioned our e-learning services to cater to the varied learning styles and help learners to learn at their own pace which needs less of physical interventions and can be learned at one’s own comfort time, place and pace. To enable that advantage we have also scheduled to roll out our e-learning services from this academic year. The introductory component in our e-learning services will be aptitude acceleration. Aptitude as a skill set is much varied and can be classified in to 10 parts on a broader perspective. To equip a student skillful in all the ten parts through physical interventions demands a large chunk of training hours – which may not be feasible for the Educational Institutions, from administrative as well as cost perspective. So, e-learning could be the best option to choose for all grades of learning community. To ensure active and immersive participation the usage and learning effectiveness, we are bringing this initiative with gamification and collaborative learning – thus serving a delightful experience for the students. This service will be provided for an attractive subsidized fee for the students of our client- partner. As the fee will be of subscription nature, the student can play with it as much as time they want to – Unlimited Access!
