Ken Holdings Berhad was founded by Dato’ Tan Boon Kang and incorporated in the 1980 as a
specialist contractor company that provides engineering services and up to today they became one of
the most reputable property developers in Malaysia. The company headquarter is located on Level 12
in Menara KEN TTDI,Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Perseketuan (FederalTerritory), Malaysia.
The company engages in investment holding and provision of management services where it
operates through two segments namely: construction and property development. Below are the services
provided for each segment.
