BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Why Free Oral Expressions Using English? It is because Free Oral Expressions using English is often being used in everyday conversation not only for the teachers but also for the kindergarten students.
Montessori program is a child-learning approach and it is highly individual program for a child. Montessori educational practice helps children develop creativity, problem solving, critical thinking and time-management skills, and to become fulfilled persons in their particular time and place on Earth.
The education program offered by Montessori includes the practical life, sensorial arts, language, math, and cultural arts.
Why Language based on Montessori? Language is the method of communication between people through speech and the written word. Language is one of the characteristics which distinguish man from the animals. It is a gift of nature bestowed on him alone. It is an expression of his intelligence… (Montessori Academy, 2008).
Why Free Oral Expressions Using English based on Montessori? The purpose of Free Oral Expressions in the Montessori curriculum is not only to teach at an early age but also to assist each child in developing their own process and personality.
Aisha (2001:21) writes that as sensorial sensitivity trains children’s use of the tongue. It usually marks the start of their inclination towards language. The examples of Free Oral Expressions in the class are greetings, prayers, lessons, songs, storytelling, poems, nursery rhymes, explanation, questions – answers, and discussions .
The most important consideration in deciding to set up a Montessori class is a teacher. (Michael Olaf, 2004)
RESEARCH PROBLEMS Since the role of the teachers in Montessori class is very important to make the students having joyful in learning and mastering all the skills of their society, this research is designed to find out the ways to implement Montessori in teaching Free Oral Expressions, the problems encountered by teachers, and the solutions in facing the problems .
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEMS Major Problem: How to implement Montessori in teaching Free Oral Expressions using English? Minor Problems: What problems do the teachers encounter when they are teaching Free Oral Expressions using English in Montessori class? How to solve the problems that come out in class?
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY To find out the ways to implement Montessori in teaching free oral expressions in the class. To find out the problems encountered by teachers when they are teaching free oral expressions in English based on Montessori Approach To find out the solutions in facing the problems.
Theoretical Framework: Free Oral Expressions and Montessori Theory Significance of the Study: Give contribution for the teachers of “X” School in facing any problems concerning with teaching free oral expressions using English in Montessori Class.
The Scope of the Study: Teaching-learning activities in the class and The subjects will be two teachers of kindergarten. They are Indonesian and Filipino teachers.   Assumption Montessori Curriculum, The language use in the class, The students’ behavior, The responses or reactions from students to the ways of teachers’ teaching in Montessori class, The characteristic of the teachers, The students’ mood.

The Procedure of Data Analysis Analyze the data by using the answer of the Interview Classify the ways to implement Montessori in teaching Free Oral Expressions Using English Classify the teachers’ problems. Classify the teachers’ ways in solving the problems
