This study investigates the degradation of acetaminophen in synthetic wastewater using a fluidized-bed Fenton process, optimizing various parameters through Box-Behnken design. The optimal removal conditions achieved nearly 98% degradation within 20 minutes, with best results at pH 3.22, [Fe2+] 0.06 mm, and [H2O2] 19.87 mm, while confirming the process effectiveness by comparing it with conventional Fenton methods that produced higher residual iron.
