Elegant Group's five boards of directors began their adventure in 1995. It is one of Bangladesh's
largest clothing manufacturing companies. This company is steadily lowering its in-process and
final garment rejection and rework rates in order to assure product quality and timely delivery in
accordance with buyer requirements while also boosting profitability. Elegant will provide
adequate training and appropriate work to boost the employee's productivity and
skills.Elegant Group now has a total size of 90000 square feet. It has a production capacity of
roughly 240000, 1500 machines, and at least 4000 staff. In my paper, I attempted to give a brief
profile of Elegant Group as well as some of Elegant Group's most important customers. It
also covers merchandiser obligations, my work and the issues I encountered, as well as some
recommendations. Elegant Garments has already established a name for itself in the clothing
industry. They currently have a big worldwide customer base, and demand for their clothing is
continuously increasing. Elegant Group takes care of the washing, printing, embroidery, and, on
occasion, accessories for Elegant clothing, making production much easier. As a result, it has
huge market potential provided it can maintain its quality and standard

During the 1870s downturn, the production of ready-made men's trousers or "pants,"
independent from suits, was expanded, allowing men to supplement their outfit without
having to buy a whole suit. However, in general, the rapid growth of the ready-to-wear
industry in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries corresponded with, and was partly a

G2 is the most up-to-date and environmentally friendly ozone textile technology, the product of
15 years of continuous garment finishing industry innovation.
The x-arc generator, designed by our company to be the best match for the G2, takes air
from the atmosphere and converts it to ozone, liberating the particles inside the tumbler to
produce results like removing excess indigo dye or replicating the bleaching effect to give
garments the look of real outdoor use.
All of this is done in a zero-discharge process that uses no water or chemicals and reduces the
number of processes necessary to make denim and knits. As a result, G2 is the only technology
that has been independently validated as both environmentally friendly and safe.
