In recent years, people gradually realize that imperfect machine system: The real‐time operating status can not be monitoring in time, either or can not be timely replenishment operation, which affect the normal operation of the machine, and take a great inconvenience for operators and consumers great. To end this, it was proposed a idea to conduct network to monitoring vending machine, by analyzing the characteristics of wireless network communications and applications vending machine for analysis, using combined with wireless data transmission module and a relational database to build a wireless network remote vending machine monitoring system.Use of the communication mode with C/S (Client/Server) architecture, to establish data communication between the vending machine and the server, combination the wireless module & embedded module as the client that is responsible for collecting the operation data from vending machines; and then implement the message processing, uses a database to store and query capabilities on central server, to realize the system of historical data queries. On the basis of encapsulated the transmission data and response measures, and designed a workflow system to achieve the stable communication. By monitoring the end user interface, it will intuitive reflect the vending machine’s status and sales volume, and not only provide more timely reference for replenishment operation, but also facilitate the staff to real‐time monitoring the indicators of vending machine’s operating status.
