It is intended to prevent accidental information disclosure or loss and it certifies that we conduct business in compliance with European privacy laws. It also demonstrates our commitment to upholding the highest privacy standard and adhering to the seven Safe Harbor principles: notice, choice, onward transfer, access, security, data integrity and enforcement. Internap Network Services Corporation is a provider of intelligent IT infrastructure services and has successfully completed the transition from SAS 70 to a Service Organization Controls (SOC) Report, regarding the operations and control structure in its company-controlled data centers. Internap is one of the first known data centers to receive a report under the new SOC 2 Type II standard for controls at a service organization.
