Post-Acute Care
iGetBetter, a supplier of post-acute care transition solutions is leveraging the
Validic platform to access data from a broad range of available biometric
devices as part of its care transition solution focused on reducing
readmissions.
Remote Patient Monitoring
Sutter health’s innovations group at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF)
wanted to create a new model of care centered around a team of physicians
monitoring patients remotely. Validic was deployed to connect to a large variety
of activity trackers and blood pressure cuffs to monitor patients at risk for heart
disease.
Population Health Management
Validic is enabling Intersystems customers to integrate user-generated data
from clinical in-home, wearable and mobile health devices and applications
into the Intersystems Healthshare suite of products. The Healthshare solutions
