  Introduction Illegal immigration isone big problem that is widespread these days in Kurdistan and Iraq generally, immigration actually means to move to other country for the purpose of job, permanent settlement or both, illegal immigration comes into practice when people do not follow the guidelines required before and during the immigration process, different countries have different norms and conditions for allowing immigration some asks for disclosing assets, others may ask for the relative living in the country, thus immigration requires a set of paper work and recognition by the government agencies of the country involved in the process, thus inability to fulfill all the norms and conditions, paper work and disclosures results in Illegal immigration, illegal immigration is mostly observed between the people of a poor country moving towards richer country, by richer country we mean the country having the currency exchange rate higher than the poor country, thus with a greed of earning more money, people from poor countries immigrate to richer country, but when they see that they do not qualify to move, then they take the help of miscreant and fraudulent agents who ask for big bucks in return to favor of helping in the illegal immigration process, thus the inappropriate information, fake

  data, and duplicatecertificates results in making the immigration of people become Illegal, some people even move with wrong work permits or fake certificates without their knowledge of being illegal immigrant, the reason behind is the tyranny of the agent who takes the money and does not provides the accurate services. The outcome of illegal immigration is jail, deportation and even fine, to stop illegal immigration government of various countries has come together to make their separate offices in each country, these offices help in notifying people with the accurate requirements for legal immigration, thus only the people with all the required paper work and correct information are allowed with a stamp of legal immigration. Methodology Research questions:- i. What made them leave and why are they immigrating to abroad? What is the reason and their aims? ii. What was their benefit if they have lived there? iii. What are they doing there? iv. Why did they come back? (ones who have come back) v. What is need to be done to stop illegal immigration?

  Participant:- The participant forthis study were 9 people, including 2 females 5 ungraduated males and 2 educated males, who were in different cultures and nationalities according to Iraq and also the destined country which I actually had an full negotiation and debate about illegal immigration and migration in generally.   people and alsowebsites I was able to find widely good idea and compare the details with my questions regarding to them. Results (Analysis) As I came to the end of my project, I compared the questions with the answers and realized there are 2 main reasons which actually makes them immigrate to another country, first main reason is Economic which actually made them immigrate, Kurdistan is passing through and economic crisis and we are all aware of that which caused the lack of opportunities to work, lack of money, and unemployment’s. this reason caused so many troubles that made them have a negative idea about the government and there is no equality here each one single person trying for their own selves without providing the necessary materials to the citizen and effected the people in a bad way thinking that if they leave they would get a chance to promote their lives and career there. And second main reason is the Life enjoyments which finds itself in living the life that any teenager wants no regarding to economic, government, or politics but actually under the name of them to reach the foreign lifestyle which they cant find it here due to culture and traditions here that doesn’t allow to whatever they want so

  found the opportunityto use this situation as an excuse to go abroad, the ones who have moved abroad had the benefit of a good systematic life with low above them all living the life in equality enjoying human right and health and other important objects of life, but there are also some who returned back and regret it are mostly the ones that I mentioned above because of the second reason what they thought was not the same enough they had the freedom and the martials they looked forward for it somehow but with that they have lost a lot of things which they had it here and they couldn’t afford it there same like their homeland and everything turned so hard in front of them. At last what I came up with is the solution for this phenomenon according to this research would be try to promote the skills of the young and educated people and encourage them to develop new ideas that will have positive aspect to the society as whole without caring or depending on other and try to have an affect over the government and provide what a teenager wants in right possible ways and the stuff to feel like they are living a good life enough and their home is better than anywhere else.

  In Conclusion the peopleneed to understand the value of fair methods and means required to get legal immigration status. They should be made aware of the problems that may arise due to illegal immigration. The government of the poor countries should help people get knowledge of immigration and its requirement to its common people and along with that catch hold of dubious agents who make people suffer later on. Thus a proper department with a number of outlet offices in various cities can help people get right knowledge of immigration and avoid chances of becoming illegal migrants
