          what a fine fellow

         any subject.

          around, chatters
          a lot and prevents

          concentrating of
          any serious
          business.

          soon as he senses
          tension/conflict or
          an unpleasant job.

         flights whenever
         others disagree
         with his plans or
         interfere with his
         desires

         grass and strikes

         sentences.
Dealing with difficult people
            Moaners-who murmurs and
            grumbles
            Bullies-complainers
            Shirkers-avoids duty /work
            Backstabbers-people with
            inferiority
            Time wasters-without common
            sense
            Negative people-with
            thoughts,words,attitudes
            Hypocrite-false
            claim,insincere
Solution to the problems
             Be a naturally
             agreeable person
             If you can’t agree at
             least don’t tell that
             you disagree
             Avoid arguments. It
             does not pay
             When you are wrong
             apologize sincerely

             with behaviour and
